Afton Apple Orchard

In what just MAY become a little family tradition for us, we again ventured out to Afton Apple Orchard last weekend! We went last year, but then it was on a weekday afternoon so it was empty. It was pretty packed the morning we went - probably due to being the last Saturday of their "Apple Festival" and the fact that it was such a beautiful fall day.

Here are Annie and I one year ago! (Why yes, I DID intentionally dress her in a similar outfit this year ;)

We got there right when it opened at 10am, and did tons of activities, but notably absent was actually picking apples, pumpkins or even purchasing anything other than donuts. Oh well! We all had a great time - maybe next year we will have more time for the actual reason most people go to these places, but for this year we just had fun enjoying all the kiddo activities we could squeeze in before naptime. We went with Nate, Molly and Mia, as well as Aaron, Anne and Alice.
