Here are Annie and I one year ago! (Why yes, I DID intentionally dress her in a similar outfit this year ;)
We got there right when it opened at 10am, and did tons of activities, but notably absent was actually picking apples, pumpkins or even purchasing anything other than donuts. Oh well! We all had a great time - maybe next year we will have more time for the actual reason most people go to these places, but for this year we just had fun enjoying all the kiddo activities we could squeeze in before naptime. We went with Nate, Molly and Mia, as well as Aaron, Anne and Alice.
Walking in with Dad
Mia the diva - she left those glasses on and the hood up almost the entire time!
Predictably, Annie was freaked out at the animals
She was okay as long the animals didn't come toward her - which of course they did :)
I bribed her with donuts for this photo - fun!
She definitely would have eaten all 3 donuts I got all on her own. But then again, so would I...
Special thanks to Nate for all of the great family photos we got here!
Maybe next year, Annie would be brave enough to ride this... we'll see!
Oh, Annie was NOT pleased about this photo opportunity!
Favorite from the day!
Whole group on the hayride!
Annie loved the hayride, thankfully! (she'd been quite fickle about most things prior to this)
Did. NOT!! want to sit with Mom!
Then got over it to look at the pumpkins
Even smiled!
Sitting like mom
On the straw mountain
Really loved this gourd
The pumpkins were probably her favorite part of the day
Such a fun fall morning - and I can't believe that next year we'll have a nearly 3 year old and a 9 month old. WHOA.
