I've been having a bit of writer's block lately, so I wanted to put it out to readers of this here blog to see if you have any questions for me! I know probably half or more of my readers are family and friends (in real life), but if you have ANY questions you'd like to ask me - go for it! I'm pretty much an open book, if you haven't already guessed, so I'll answer just about anything.
I LOVE reading these types of posts on other blogs, so that is why I'm putting it out there. You can ask as many questions as you want - and I'll just keep answering them as they come in, even if it's several months since I posted this.
Ask away!

hi there erin - i have been following your blog for awhile. I found you when searching for photo shoot ideas for my daughter who is about 4 months younger than Annie. Love your posts and your stories! My question is about weaning and what worked and what didn't. How is Annie doing with milk now? What is your bedtime routine? are you using bottles or sippy cups? I am starting the process but am feeling very overwhelmed.
What's your favorite book/movie/meal?
What's your favorite house fix-up project that you've done so far?
What's your favorite thing about your husband?
Everything I ever wanted to know about Erin but was afraid to ask...until she invited me to ask her ANYTHING.
1) Since you are in the career counseling field, what do you think you can do as Annie grows up to expose her to a wide variety of careers?
2) When Annie is much older, how do you want her to describe you to her friends?
3) What is your favorite ingredient to use in recipes? What ingredient will cause you to not make an otherwise delicious sounding recipe?
4) What makes a restaurant kid friendly?
5) What non work-related skill do you want to improve in 2011?
6) If you could quit your job (don't, cause I'd miss you), how would you want to spend your days?
How did you choose the name Anne?
Do you know how many children you'll have, and when you'd like to have them?
I'm a blog follower that found you from the Bump - my son was born the day after your daughter (February 1, 2010). It's been great to follow another baby that is so close in age to Anne. For the record, I have similar freak-outs about the fact that he was a 'late walker', since even now at 14 months his preferred method of transportation is crawling since it's faster. He'll talk steps, and I've seen him walk across a room, but when he sees something he wants he drops to his knees and boots it over there. Anyway, just wanted to let you know you're not alone, and that I love following along with her development!
Oh, and an addition to my comment above: I am pregnant with #2 (16 weeks along, due in September) so that's where my curiosity comes in, since our #1 babies are so close in age.
This is GREAT. I like Janelle's questions.
Here are some questions you may be unlikely to answers:
1=How has sex before/after baby changed? Frequency? Interest?
2=What do you judge people most about?
3=Is there a child you are jealous of or wish Annie was more like?
4=If you could change one thing about your husband what would it be?
5=When was the last time you lied to someone?
6=What are your insecurities?
7=who do you wish you could blog about but don't or can't because of a possible fall out?
Oooo these are good. I can't wait to hear the responses. It makes me want to think of how I would answer many of these questions too...except the one about naming Anne...since I named mine Mia :)
I'll add one:
On a scale of 1-10, how cool are your neighbors and how does one define cool? :)
It is always fun to ready your blog posts, Erin. I have gotten some good recipe ideas from you. Here are my questions -
1) What is your favorite site to use when you have a few ingredients in the freezer/fridge and want to use them up in a recipe?
2)What are your top 3 pantry/freezer/fridge staples to have on hand at all times?
who is annies favorite uncle?
oops, i forgot she has two uncles. you dont have to answer that. sorry jono.
I'm pregnant and working on our baby registry. Anything you recommend we do (or don't) register for? What are your favorite baby products?
Oh wow... everything I thought to ask - someone else is asking.
One thing, just because I think I have changed so much since having our daughter... how has Annie made you different? From your perspective and your husbands.
I SWEAR I posted questions before but apparently I am nuts and it didn't actually happen. Could have been a dream, like the one I had this morning in which I was an over-confident cheerleader. STRANGE.
My questions:
**What are the top three things you learned from your MS degree? I'm not talking "being a career counselor" things, although they could be. Things about yourself, others, your field, the university, anything!
**What is the story of your romance (meeting, falling in love, getting to marriage, etc.) with your amazing husband Ben? Remember when I thought he was imaginary? :)
That's all for now.

I thought of a question:
How would you fill your time if the internet ceased to exist?
Sister. :-P
What are your favorite food blogs? I don't read them at this point (kitchen, busy, etc etc) but am looking forward to being inspired to cook again someday soon. I probably wont remember once you answer, but then I can just go search your blog when I'm in need.
Also, I feel like you already answered this somewhere, but I don't feel like searching NOW :)
I love viewing your pictures! Besides having a nice camera and impressive picture taking skills do you regularly use an editing program (such as Photoshop)? If so, which one and are there certain standard things you do to each picture (sharpen, highlight, saturation...)?
Are there certain types of pictures that you prefer taking (besides Annie, of course)such as nature or people?
Is photography a shared interest with you and your husband?
I see that you take a lot of pictures at restaurants (for your other blog). Restaurants can often be dark and hard to photograph well in. Any tips for taking pictures in low light areas such as these?
And what is your favorite lens to take pictures with?
Hmm, I starting out with one question in mind and it kind of snowballed into many!
